How do you make listbox display a lists of link?

Hi! I'm new to Joomla and I came across chronoforms for creating registration form with validation, and it works great!

Now what I'm trying to do is a dietary website. Something that you will select from a list of ailments and after that it will display a list of food you can eat as well as those you should avoid.

I'm also trying to make it possible to select multiple disease, so in turn if there's something you can eat if you select this certain ailment, now you cant because you selected another disease that preventing you from eating the previous food that you can eat.

Umm, I did try to make a form using the form wizard but I dont know what to do next. I think i need the code for the whole system. Someone told me that its possible through php but I dont have any background in php programming hence why im using joomla.
