I have had the comment system working somewhat but the "read xx comments" is showing where it shouldn't. I was able to restrict it to just the categories that I want but it is having trouble in one part of the site still.
I tried to disable/enable the area and it shows. If you click on the link you are requested to login which just leads to an error page.

The problem area is a RokDownloads section. The link is showing in the download detail link but not in the list. For now I have just disabled the details link.

Any ideas?

yes there is a problem as you said, it appears at some other places, the fix is here on the forums posted many times, check this:

you iwll need to change the newsfeeds to rokdownloads I think!
