Session expired and form unpublished error

Hi,
I have created and published ( in the form manager) a form using v3.1 rc2. (using Joomla 1.5.7) I am getting the error message:

* Your session has expired. Please log in again.

There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

I have seen this error in two other forum posts but the solutions dont seem to work for me...

Other components installed include Phoca gallery and Jomres booking system
For Jomres to work the Session Handler in Joomla General Config is set to "none" could this be an issue?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, the Imageverification depends on there being sessions, as does the Joomla 1.5 session token security check.

You can try turning Imageverification off and see if this helps.
