where is the form code stored?

i want to retrieve a form tat was wrecked by some of the backend users from a backup, (yes i have backups lol) , but would like to know where to look for in order not to restore eveyrhintg

If you have ChronoForms v3.0 each form has a single record in the jos_chrono_contact database table; each email setup has a record in jos_chrono_contact_emails; any plugin setups are assigned a record in jos_chrono_contact_plugins; and the form data is in jos_chronoforms_form_name
