Add database table to existing form

Hi,

I have an existing form connected to a database, and need to add a data field. Actually I added an item to a drop down list, and I want to make sure the database is storing the data.

Hi Riceman,

the table must be recreated or create a new one and connect to it or edit the table at the PHPmyadmin!
