How to send email without attachment [resolved]

mazman 03 Mar, 2009
Hello,

First of all, thank you for this great plugin!

I have search for an already answer in forum, but I was not able to found something... Sorry if I missed something!

I have a form with upload activated. All is perfect, but I have a problem with the email. Files sended by my users imply a form with approximatively 250Mo. Then, Chronoform show a message like "email cannot be activated" and no email is returned. I think that the problem is that Chronoform tries to send an email with 250Mo in attachements (since with a form with a file of 1Mo I received the email)! I need the email to know when somebody send something, not to get the files itself.
The only idea I found (not tested currently) is to move the files to another place in my HD using "On Submit code - before sending email" section, but I think that it is not a good method... Is there a way to deactivate email attachement without deactivated email sending using email template?

Thank you by advance,

PS: Sorry for my poor english...

Hi Mazman,

I posted a way of doing this a few days ago. Try searching on 'attachment +greyhead'
