I stumbled over this 'bug' this morning, and just wanted to give the heads up. I am working on a referral form, and at some point I wasn't able to save or apply any changes to that specific form - everything else worked (including the cancel button). It drove me crazy, since the other forms did not seem to cause any problems - just that one. So I retraced my steps, saved a backup and opened that in Notepad++, and low and behold: somehow the email template editor had inserted this code:
<a href="undefined">....</a>
Which seemed strange to me. So I replaced these (three instances) with a hash, deleted the old form in Chronoforms, and restored the backup. And it worked again.
If you like, try it out for yourselves - it's easy to reproduce.
btw I tested this in Firefox and Safari (on vista 64bit).

Thanks herbert for pointing to this, I will test it!
