I am in need of a custom form, but don't have the time to learn the process to produce this myself just now.
I am a musician, that want's an "interactive" biography page as a gimmik to get more people to sign up to the site.
The form would read like an artist biography (that I would write) directed at the user, encouraging to fill in forms as they go... sort of a "you are reading about me, so I expect little bits about you back" kind of thing.
All text has been written myself, and all fields in community builder and the database have been created... all that is needed is the right fields be inserted into the text I have written and have it function as a working community builder registration form.
There are 13 fields in question, included username, password, password verification and email.
I would like to obtain 2 quotes, one for having this created WITH the option to upload their own avatar as part of the initial form, and one without.

I currently have no idea what I might pay for this, show me some light🙂!
