Not receiving email

Even though I have "email the results" set to yes, I'm not receiving email. I was but now I'm not. Do I have to purchase a license? Or did something expire. I'm not getting an error, I'm simply not receiving an email. I'm using ChronoForms V2.3.9 J1.0.

Any thoughts?

Hi nfrance,

The license does not affect the emails in any way.

You need to have valid entries in the To Subject From Name & From Email fields in the General Tab of your form (from memory, that version is a bit old now).

I think that there are some other things to check in one of the FAQs here.

I had valid entries in the To Subject From Name & From Email fields in the General Tab. It turns out the URL that I had in the "Submit URL" field in the "From URLs" tab was not to it's liking. Your referral to the FAQs was helpful as I followed the Thank you page instructions and everything is working fine now, even better actually. 😀
