Problem receiving mail box in form

Hello,
chronoforms V3.1_RC2 I use on my site.
I have a problem receiving mail. When I validate my form, I of course warns me that my mail has been sent "Thank you for your request ..." but I do not get anything in my mailbox?
My message is eneregistré in my table but no but no mail arrives in my mail ...
Help me

Please down load the Email tutorial from the Downlodas area here and check the step to make sure that your form is set up correctly. There is also a FAQ with a couple more checks to make. If neither of these help please post your form email settings here.
