i use ChronoForms_V3.1 i can make form but i do not understand how can i make dropdown menu 1 more choose , because i make 3 choose dropdown menu so i saved but i can not see 3 choose only one choose and checkbox - radio button same problem ..

Hi usbozkurt,

You need to make sure that you use array names like name='check_box[]' to get all the values from multiple drop-downs, radio button and check-box array. If not then usually only the last value selected is returned.
