On my order form, I'd like to give customers to add the option of creating a new text box field if they have additional items they'd like to order. Is this possible?
Basically, we aren't selling online but customers can order what they want through the website and then we take the order and fulfill it.

yes its not so easy to tell, I will give you more hint, you can do this easier with a js framework like mootools, look at the mootools forums or search google, it will need some learning at the beginning though.
