create PDF

Hello,

I've searched the forum but i can't find it. I want to achieve the following: I've created an form which stores the data in the database en sends a reply mail with some info. Now i want the create a pdf attachment with the reply mail (as attachment) which contains almost the same info which is send in the email. How can this be achieved? Example code is much appriciated.
