This isn't a form created using ChronoForms.

I suggest that you use ChronoForms and set the form action as in the tutorial. Using the mailto: action isn't something that I'd encourage.

no, the form is made in DW then i import the code into chrono forms.

i took out the mail to information, but i am still not receiving emails. i have the rest of chronoform filled out properly
