show e-mails and to invest order

I need chronocoments show the users' e-mails that are writing in the form, in the web site.
I want to see the most recent comments whith their replics up in the page, I want the form up too, and the oldest comments down.

It's possible?
How much can it cost?

I can understand you, regarding the "emails" part, where do you want the emails to show exactly ? below the comment ? do you have some example or online page to show me which looks like this ?
