Security Warning in firefox

ccondo 04 Feb, 2009
I am running Joomla 1.59 and Chrono Forms 3
I have created a SSL order form and told the form to use SSL. When I click on submit in firefox there is a security warning that says "although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party"

I am guessing it is because the form isnt posting using SSL?

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hi ccondo,

if this is the only problem then you can solve this by adding a new submit URL for the form under the "Form URLs" tab!

just get the current submit URL, it should be something like http//:www.doman.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=somename&task=send and replace the http with https

Cheers
