i couldn't install cronoforms v3

hi,
i couldn't install ChronoForm V3 in my site joomla 1.5.9, when i tray to install it , this error display

" Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\joomla159_jce15\libraries\joomla\filesystem\archive\zip.php on line 317 "

I've no idea why, could you help me please.

It's quite a big file and your server is timing out before it can un-zip it. Try doing a manual upload following the instructions in the video here
