You are not allowed to access this URL

I have set up a form and embedded it into a content item.

When I try to send the message i get the error message:

You are not allowed to access this URL

any ideas

Hi pj2008,

The most frequent cause of this message is that there are <form . . .> and/or </form> tags left in the form html.

Does this problem arise if you submit the form from the unembedded page (i.e. using the link in the Forms Manager to open it)?
