Hi,
I have made my form three times now and each time in the middle,
not having saved, ChronoForms flips over to Forms Management.
The form is listed there, without a form name, and it does not
work...(HTML is blank except for your promo link) not surprising
since the form was not completed.
Using firefox latest, Joomla latest.

HI Cindy,

Most likely you clicked on the Submit button you added to your form template - or you hit 'Enter' with a submit button in the template. Either of these will kill your form exactly as you describe. I'm afraid that, at the moment, the only answer is to be extra careful.

However no, I did not...could not, I was in the middle of editing text.
Any more ideas out there?

the issue is caused because of a form submit as Bob said, I think you press "Enter" sometime, you don't need to press "Enter" anytime while creating the form using the wizard at all!

I was also having an issue with the "session length" in joomla! I was being logged out before I finished. It might be that..?
Extend the timeout of your session.

If you put a button on your form and click on it - as I did about 15 times - it Submits your form leading to a problem similar to Cindy's.

Answer? Click next to it if you want to edit it. :wink:

Thanks Stefan, another solution is to get V3.1 RC2 where this issue will not happen even if the button is clicked!
