Not allowing commenting even though I'm logged in

I'm not sure why, I've set and saved my parameters, but its still acting like I'm not logged in?

Hi kbeyer,

why do you say that ? whats the problem you are facing ? make sure you select at least one group of users' groups and not only "enable for guests"
