So I setup a Chronoform menu link, I go to the site and click the menu button which takes me to my form. I fill out my form. I hit submit.
"There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management"
Which is pretty weird since it found the form and let me fill it out...
Great product but man, someone as familiar with Joomla as I am shouldn't have to read 3 tutorials and still not be able to get a simple form working...
That whole form wizard thing to... yuk...
Really hard to help without any specific information. Most times this works out of the box but you can get this problem if the calling url isn't complete. I think we've seen this sometimes with subdirectory Joomla installations; some SEF URLs; sometimes with <form> tags in the form html.
Is your form on-line?

Ok... all i did was re-publish the menu link so you could see it and today its working...
The anti-spam feature still dosen't show up but I haven't spent any time touble shooting it yet. I just get the error saying I didnt fill it out.
So what are the problems you still stuck with ?
Regards
Max
Thanks,
I don't see any form there? Unless you are talking about the registration form in the module?
Bob
Thanks,
did you add {imageverification} in the form code ?
Max
It's always worth checking the tooltips, but you are right, it would be better in plain text.

Ok... I have the email enabled. The form works when I click link inside chronoforms.

I have the same problem. My form can be found at http://www.mortgagesnewjersey.com/contact-us.html. Everything is working and I am now receiving the emails. But, whether I click on the internal form link or the menu link I still get "There is no form with this name ... etc." Help will be greatly appreciated.
Your form is off-line.
Have you checked the Email tutorial in the DownLoads area here?

Update: OK, I think it's fixed. The "ChronoForms" module was enabled and it was displaying the message "There is no form with this name ... etc." on the form page. After disabling the module, the message disappeared and the form seems to be working fine.
but i have the same problem in all of my 4 forms after the update to 5.5!
"There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management"
my forms are present and published!

danke für eure hilfe oder tipps!
thanx for tipps!

As far as I can see, it's all set up correctly, email fields are enabled, form is published, form appears on a newly created test page:
http://www.dogcruces.com/test-form
But after submitting I get this message:
There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management
I see this mentioned on several other threads. I don't know what the problem is - any ideas?
It looks as though your form name is contact-main please change this to something without the dash - like contact_main or contactmain. Hyphens can give ChronoForms indigestion :-(
Hopefully this will solve the problem, if not we'll look again.
