In the site I'm making, I have several news articles displayed on the front page using the MiniFrontPage module. I'm interested in adding ChronoComments' "Read N Comments" code to this module, so that "Read N Comments" will appear by the news articles on the front page. I'm assuming that there are certain lines of php code that I will need to copy and paste, but my knowledge of php is very limited. I suppose a specific obstacle, as well, would be to modify the ChronoComments code so that it does not exclusively output the "Read N Comments" in the Blog layout.
This is not an essential element of my site, but regardless I would appreciate any help concerning this issue.

editing this module to get the number of comments depends on if you can get the current content id displayed by the module, I have no idea about this module code and so its hard to write any code for this!
