Session Time out error on form submit

I have a single page form and when the user submits, if it works properly, they are redirected to a page thanking them for their application and giving them some generic information. Most of the time it works, but I have more and more users getting a session time out error when they click submit. Any ideas? (I'm new to Joomla and Chrono, so go easy on me. :wink: )

No real ideas - try extending the session time a little in the Global Configuration.
