Hi there,
This is my first time using CF. It looks like a remarkable product!
I am following the tutorial PDF for "Creating a Joomla registration form".
I got to page 12 fine, up to the point where I click on the "form code" tab. When I expand this there is no code generated. Any ideas?
I obviously can't progress until I can get the code to appear so that I can take note of the field ID's.
Thanks in advance.
Mark

Hi Mark,
Odd, we don't often see that. Does the form appear to be saving correctly - no obvious error messages?

I didn't see any error messages, which is why I was so surprised. It seemed to have been working perfectly until I clicked on the "form code" +/- button as the PDF said. More thank likely I will have made a ridiculous schoolboy error along the way somewhere, unfortunately I don't yet have precognitive-hindsight yet 😀
Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your help.
Hi Mark,
Yes, that's a completely empty form file :-(
Here's one I made earlier that will get you back to that step.

Thanks a lot GreyHead.
I figured out what I was doing wrong...please don't kick me!
I had completed making the form as I was supposed to and when I added the button and then selected it to change the name from "submit" to "register", it had actually "submitted" the form wizard. A little too efficient this form wizard thingy!
I now have it working as I need it, all I have to do now is to add extra fields for an address and then connect to the shipping_address table for virtuemart, then integrate it into the checkout workflow.
I've no doubt I'll be back here before I'm done.
