Is there somewhere inside the ChronoForms manager where I can just see all of the information that's ever been submitted from my form, instead just the email? I think I know how I could write this script with PHP/mySQL (since I've put all the data inside a database), but it seems like a huge hassle - especially if there is just a prebuilt page to display all of this info.

There is no record of past data - unless you have already saved it. You can always use the Create Table icon in the Forms Manager to create a database table and save any future data. ChronoForms also has a simple table viewer that you can use to look at the saved data. (Though you may find EasySQL od PHPMyAdmin more flexible.)
