How can I only show comments in articles?

I can show comments for aticles, but if I go to their category or section I have the comments enabled and I dont want.
Even worst is that the link I have to comments on that category or section links wrongly to the "article submission" .

But I just want to remove it from therer, any ideas?

Well thanks for reply, but I could not find the solution on that link. To be honest I dont know if thats the same problem I am having, and if it is, I guess thats too dificult to get working.

All I wanna do is to enable comments only for articles, and not sections/categories. I cant see why somebody would like to enable comments for a section or category.

Is there any update on this? and easy way to make it done?

find the first code

global $mainframe;

and insert this code after

if(!$row->id)return;
