Mail not send to customer

Hi,

Everything seems to be working fine.

The mail is send to the website-owner but not to the customer who completes the form...

What could I have done wrong?

Parameters:
Enable = 1, disabled = 0
From and to are both [email]info@domain.com[/email] (the domain for this website)
Joomla general mail settings: "php mail function" (also tried SMTP and Sendmail)

How are you sending it to the customer - what are the entries in the Email box?

I solved it with a dynamic "TO" field

Put the email variable into this field

Is there another way to do this?
