Move backlink to CF without licence?

Hi, CF team,

I would like to use Forms and Comments components on my non-commercial site. But I don't like have backlink from any peace of form or comment.
I prefer move backlink to footer module (all copyrights notices) and show it from every page. Something like:

On our site we use ChronoComments and ChronoForms from Joomla Professional Solutions.

Can I do this way?
