I made a similar post, but I think that is a simpler option, therefore another post.
How to make the uploaded file to be saved with another filename, which could be build as:
a variable passed by one (or more) field names (an array?), the date, and the filename, as the following:
inputfield_date_filename.jpg
so that in the folder upload>myform there should be already a list of pictures organized per name, representing a description of the picture...
