:? Ive created my form, linked it to the table etc, it works fine testing it from the direct url..when i go to make a new menu item for it, it gives the form doesnt exist or isnt published message? the form name is 'mentor' and this is what I had placed.. do I need to designate it further somewhere else?[attachment=0]chronoform_img.JPG[/attachment]

Hi houseofix, the form needs to be published in the forms manager area, did you do this ?

hmmm, may be you have a space after the word mentor in the first image ?

got my hopes up! hehe... that seemed likely too, but it looks like no spaces.. I checked menu also. Could there be any problem with the database or table, not sure if this would be interacting with this at that point.

I'm not sure, do you have SEF turned ON ? try with it OFF ? try another form with another name ?
