Hi Ben,

Please go to the 'Setup Emails' tab for your form, create an email if you haven't already done so and enable it. There's a tutorial on this in the DownLoads area here.

Hi Ben,

Does the Forms Manager now show 'Enabled:1 Disabled: 0'?

If so, please turn DeBug on and submit the form. What information is displayed? (NB You need to temporarily remove any Redirect URL for this to work correctly.)

1. Form passed first SPAM check OK
2. Form passed the submissions limit (if enabled) OK
3. Form passed the Image verification (if enabled) OK
4. Form passed the server side validation (if enabled) OK
5. $_POST Array: Array ( [Name] => Rusty [User_Name] => rusty [email] => ************@gmail.com [radio0] => Male [First_Name] => Russell [Surname] => rrrrr [Address1] => [Address2] => [Suburb] => [State] => [Country] => [Postcode] => [Phone] => 4444444444 [edqual] => [radio1] => School [facility] => [age] => [hearabout] => [chrono_verification] => uJbUH [button_18] => Submit [0c027dc31bde1cdbd1d918e9d9ad527d] => 1 [1cf1] => b09ef5382335e8d1c6bcfb6c113c975d [chronoformname] => Registration )
6. $_FILES Array: Array ( )
7. Form passed the plugins step (if enabled) OK
8. Debug End

One thing that annoys me the most is people that solve a problem, and just say 'solved'😟

Gives other people extra work,

my 'enable email' in the properties email set up to received emails is greyed out, cannot change

Email Format: Record IP: Enabled: ???? {greyed out NO) Use Template Editor: Enable Attachments:

Is this file permission on the server,

Not recieving info as user or admin, admin set to recieve --??

$_POST Array: seems the problem,

Form tag attachment:
something like onSubmit() ???? This filed is blank in general - should there be anything - email set to recieve?

thanks

Hi rusty1001,

If the enable box is greyed out then your Email setup is incomplete or has an error is it. You must have To, Subject, From Name & From Email (or the Dynamic equivalents).

Please see the Email Tutorial for more info.
