Is there a basic example on hwo to set this up? Can I use it for updating the contents of a mysql db?

I have all the data coming out from my table, and have set the table up in header. I also add a row in the body so each db row gets added to my table. I then close my table in footer.

My question is I tried using the edit_record in the body but I cannot see a way to edit the record. Does anyone know how to do this?

Also, anyway to change every alternate row of my table. There seems to be no way to set a variable in the code.
