cant get it to work submitcontent.cfbak

Hello ,

I made a test form , and when I try to restore the testform with the submitcontent.cfbak I get a blank template.. Notting happend ... What I do wrong... ?

Hi Kris,

this looks like a permissions issue, check that the CACHE folder is writable for Joomla, you can look here at the forums for the same problem, it has been asked before.

Hi Max,

Yes I saw the post about the cache file and the permission settings, they are oké set on 777.
(html/cache)... This is the file isn't?

What can be wrong else ?

the cache folder is under the Joomla root!

Hi Kris,

no, not in FTP, you should see it WRITABLE in the Joomla system info page, it should not be 777 by the way!
