Customizing Tooltip

Hi folks!
I was asked to design a form, but anytime people change ideas and ask me for changing.. mmm why people cannot be clearer since the beginning?😈
Anyway...

Heres' a quick question:
I want to customize tooltip.
Obvsiously I picked up the relative css.
But where to edit for making the text appear not centered?

A second question:
Is it possible to display Not only single text, but a kind of structure of list in the tooltip?
e.g.

Title
item1
---> text text
item2
---> text text

Hi, there is a tooltip CSS file I believe, you can play with it, I didn't try what you need to do before, I would just go play with the css and see what I can do!
