"Enabled" dropdown is disabled in setup emails

Joomla: 1.5.8
Chrono Form: V3
Problem:
Global Settings: STMP
General Tap: Email the results => yes
Setup Emails: Dragged "To" and enter the my email and the dropdown for Enabled is set to NO and it's disabled (gray out)

What I need to do to enable the dropdown so that I can select "Yes"?

Please help !!!
