Hi Y'all:
In the Setup Tab I have my To:, From: etc.
The situation I have is that the To: Field truncates the number of characters/email addresses that I am able to include.
Is there a method to increase this field, so that I can include more addresses. I have tried adding more more To: boxes, but they don't save.
Suggestions? I'm stuck for code editing options. I searched forums for questions about To: box and nothing relevant came up, in the event this was questioned before.
The list of email addresses that I need to include is below to give an example of how many addresses I need to include.
Thanks,
Tim
emaill addresses removed
Hi Tim
I'd create a code snippet in the OnSubmit Before box to have these addresses in an array and add them to the To email list. If they change often you could even load them from a db table,

PS Do they really all need to get all the emails??? Just a thought . . .
Unfortuneately they all need a copy.
The form is being used as a campaign emailer and these individuals are all on the regional council. Probably not all of them need it, but 90% should get a copy which equates to most of those emails.

Hi Tim,
simply make your first email, then add a TO field with 5 emails, then a new email, make it typically the same as the other one but add another 5 emails and so on...
now if this works please remove all your private emails above, they will be added to more spam lists for sure!

Thanks Greyhead and Max.
Max, hhhhmmmm, you might be on to something.
I created a new email box and it worked.... I'll have to give it or the others and give it a dry run.
Greyhead, I'd love to pull the addresses using java code, but it is yet a bit over my head yet. I'm learing phP and sql, but it's like pushing a wheelbarrow uphill with a rope. I'll keep at it. I will always be appreciative of any directional pointers of coding sampes, so I can see how it is created.
Thanks guys.
I will continue to support this project and will publicize it as it has sooooo much potential.
Cheers,
Off to work.

Something in other forums that always annoys me is when people never followup or say thanxs.
It worked!
Thank you.
I have multiple email boxes setup and divided the addresses into each of them.
It always helps to have an extra set of eyes reviewing the problem!
Cheers,
Tim
Glad this helped!
