How do I make a form?

Hi, I've downloaded ChronoForms because I need to make, for just now, some basic forms for my Joomla website. I've tried using it but I don't understand it really, and the tutorials on the website are not for version 3.

I just need to know how I create a simple form that will email teh results to where I want them to go. If someone could help me or direct me to somewhere that would be great, it's just that I'm working to a deadline and don't really have time to keep working it out.

From the top menu here in the site, Downloads > Chronoforms tutorials > some useful PDFs are there!

Thank you. I read the PDFs and did what they said, but my form still has enabled : 0, disabled : 1.
How do I enable it?
