Multiple forms problem

Hi im new to chronoforms and im having issues with multiple forms.
Ive Created 3 forms and made seperate menu links to them but for example when i click on Support it brings the sales form up same as the general contact form it will bring the sales form up.
Im not sure if ive missed something but i need help..... My site is going live tommorow and this is the 2nd fron last thing that needs to be done....
Any help would be most appreciated.

Show me how your 3 links looks like, are they from type URL or type Chronoforms ? I mean when you was creating the menu items!
