Publish data with the form entry?

Hi All noob here

Like 'submit an article' is there a way of publishing the data of fields with labels

ie I want to have way sports clubs can post results but easy for all to use,

Front page > submit results > new page > Weeks Winner 24 10 08...

(page with predefined fields relevant to the club..

Athletic Results

Form (label) Winner 100 metres: > input Jack John

the page is created

-----------------------------------
Athletic Results

Winner 100 metres: Jack John

------------------------------------

Also if no result not published ??

The 'article' can only be published in one category 'weekly results'...

from what I could understand, you may need to check ChronoConnectivity tutorial at the home page and see if this type of component may help!
