Hi
In one of my forms I send the submitted data to our case management system. Unfortunately it does not allow the e-mail to be imported in html format and thus converts it to plain text loosing valuable formatting.
I'm not sure if this is a chronoforms question/issue, but is it possible to e-mail the form data in html and also attach the same form data as an HTML attachment? (attachment would be imported to case management system as html ticket attachment)
Best regards
Anders Hannover

Hi ahannover,
its not possible to send HTML attachment without a hack to the core code, you can send the email in plain text with V3 though, is this an option for you ?
Cheers

No unfortunatly not. My plan was to use the html formatted attachment as a printable checklist. (eg printed with checkbox graphics)
Of course I could try to create a ASCII version [ ] but htlm would give much better flexibility for the design.
When you say core hack, do you mean chronoforms core hack or Joomla? (eg could it be a future feature in CF?)

Hi ahannover,
I mean a CF hack, sure this can be added to the todo list, its not hard to do, just some arrangements.
