Can ChronoForms do this for me?
Sample here

Maybe include some code to display total sum somewhere, but that's secondary.

Any help is greatly appreciated..

it can but this is all some JS code, so as long as you have this code then you can create your form and add this code to the JS code box in the forms code tab!
