HI Guys

First great component Ive used the joomla 1.0 version a few times and it was great. I'm working on a joomla 1.5 site for a client that requires a form with several text boxes etc with capture and upload document facility. On submit they require a transfer to paypal to pay a set amount for a service.

I'm a designer so this is above my head, so I'm happy to pay for the form. If I could get a estimate that would be great. I would need the work done in the next 7-10 days at the latest.

Hi Lee,

I've got a few of these running - straightforward PayPal payments are pretty simple. If you need IPN confirmation it gets more complicated. Whether it's needed or not depends on the security risk - it sounds as though they provide the service after paymen there so probably not so important.

I have a PayPal donations module on my site that probably has all the code you need - or I can do a custom form or custom code for you.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for not getting back to you sooner! Clients they can take ages to respond then want something done asap! lol The form I need has changed alittle but Im hoping it can be done.

I have attached a mock up of what I need, the only extra requirement is when you get to "how long have you been trading" if the user clicks less than a year or 1-2 years then on submit they are redirected to a url. If they click on 2-5 years or over 5 years on submit they are redirected to a different url.
