Newbie: Defining where to place the form

napalm_deaf 19 Oct, 2008
Hi All,
New to joomla! and obviously Chronoform.
Just installed Chronoform and have created a test form using the wizard.
The process was fine.

However, I'm wondering if you can tell the form where to display. Such as like you do a module.
So say for instance i have already created my contact page with my address and contact details , then i
want to place the form underneath , can this be done?

I only ask, because it's only providing me with a link to the form that was created.

Perhaps this functionality isn't available to a non licensee ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi napalm_deaf,

Download, install and publish the ChronoForms mambot/plugIn from the Downloads section here and you can put your form in any content page that supports mambots/plugins.

Cheers GreyHead,
Yeah i had another look at the FAQs and realised it was covered in number 43.
Anyways, it all worked well.
Thanks for your reply!

Bob thanks for the help

what html code do i use before and after " {chronocontact}freereport3{/chronocontact} " to make the form show up?

right now when i install that code " {chronocontact}freereport3{/chronocontact} " the code shows up in the IE browser and not the actual form.

Thanks
matt

Hi matt,

Exactly were are you putting the code? It needs to be in the body of a Joomla content article.
