how do I create big complex form using 'From Wizard"

Hi,
I am a newbie🙂
I am creating a bigger and complex form in form wizard.
The problem is the toolbox in form wizrd is not floaing type. and when drag and drop 15+ fields the toolbox is notshowing, hence cannot add further fields.

Please tell me how do I solve this problem.
I would be great to add position arrows to move fields up or down in formwizard.

in V3.0 stable the toolbox should float when scrolling the page down, this doesn't happen ? do you have V3.0 stable ?
