Hi Ivens,

if you downloaded the new ChronoComments express package, then extracted it, you will be able to find 3 .ini files, those are the files to get translated, files locations on server can be seen at the bottom of this page:
http://www.chronoengine.com/downloads/folder/48-ChronoComments.html
