Random Missing Form Submissions in Data Table

For some reason i am missing some of the form submissions i receive on my site. I was going to search for other problems like this but couldn't really come up with a keyword for this so if this has been posted some where else just point me there please.

For example yesterday i received 4 form submission but when i look into the database i only see 3 of them and today the same way. I have only received 1 this morning but it isn't in the database table? If none them were there it would be one thing but for them to be randomly missed seems sort of odd to me.

I'm still using ChronoForms V2.5 J1.5 RC3.1 and using the plugin (ChronoForms Bot 0.6 J1.5) to display the form in an article.

Hi Mark,

its advised to upgrade to V3.0 stable, you can copy your form code and settings somewhere and install V3.0 stable and start making your forms again by re adding code and settings in place.
