CF8: Abort action in submit tab

Why Abort Action doesn't work in Submit tab?

it should, it will quit processing and no actions after it will be called.

I do a form with 3 pages

In page One, Load tab, I put a Submit button. In Submit tab, I put an Abort Action: always run page 2, Abort doesn't stop the form.

In page 2, Load tab, I put an Abort Action: it works.

I've Tried Setting Next page manuel or Auto: It's the same.
