Hello.

After a user has filled in a form, you want to give them a level of confimation.

Making a content item with in joomla seems pointless as this page will be part of you website content. It would even show up on the lates news.

My question is:

Where you have Redirect URL: by default(if empty) will load an empty body a. Is it possible to fill in the empty body

or

Is it possinle to use the On Submit code - after sending email: (PHP code with tags) to load e.g. <span class="info">....</span> within the main body.

Thankyou

Hi bushido,

First, any html that you put in the OnSubmit Before, OnSubmit After or Autogenerated Code boxes will appear on that 'blank page'. Check the FAQ here on showing a Thank You message.

You only need to use the Redirect URL when you want to send users to a specific page, maybe a special thank you page (it doesn't have to show in latest news), or the home page, another website, or another form.

Hi bushido,

as Bob said, write any text in the onsubmit boxes and it will appear in the blank page!

It would even show up on the lates news.

of course not, the latest news module shows some specific categories, you can configure it not to show some category with your hidden content!

Cheers
