Upgrade from 2.5 J1.5 RC2 to 3.0

As the Title says I'm looking to Jump from 2.5 J1.5 RC2 up to to 3.0 stable. I can't seem to find any documentation for the easiest transition. we has quite a few forms already done up and Keeping them intact is kinda important..

Hi Fk, no easy way to do this but to backup your old forms someway using text files or whatever and re add everything back on V3.0! not a very easy way but major differences are between the 2 versions!
