Error when entering the page for the new Extension Builder

I want to activate the Extension Builder but I get the error message below. I have a Premium version.

Template error template: div>:3:7: executing "div>" at : error calling LoadItems: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference, file {{ $pass := map "root" true }} {{ LoadItems .object .item "view" "" }}
